It used to be a great place, but every layoff makes it worse
Good benefits, generous holidays, RSUs, and certain managers are great.
Sadly, it's getting worse and worse. Unlimited PTO, but really, it's capped at 3 weeks. Even if you used to get 4 weeks, now the unlimited is 3 weeks. Managers are pawns and have to do what the higher-ups say. Work-life balance is non-existent, constant work getting offshored, and layoffs happen every month. The next 6 months will be layoffs guaranteed.
Go back to your roots. Pinching pennies is not the way to do it, but you're always late to the game.
