Sadly, it's getting worse and worse. Unlimited PTO, but really, it's capped at 3 weeks. Even if you used to get 4 weeks, now the unlimited is 3 weeks. Managers are pawns and have to do what the higher-ups say. Work-life balance is non-existent, constant work getting offshored, and layoffs happen every month. The next 6 months will be layoffs guaranteed.
