The interview was fairly easy. It included a palindrome coding question and concept questions. The internship program was well-organized, featuring enrichment events, swag, and mentorship. The company culture emphasizes work-life balance.
Unorganized. Lack of roles filled. Overworked. Team culture varied from company culture. Difficult to get promoted into new roles. Paid $21/hour. POC, but no women in software engineer roles.
