Advice to Management

Engineering leadership needs to focus on creating a consistent strategy and following through on it. There’s a lot of buzz around AI initiatives—POCs, MVPs, and experiments—but very few actually materialize into meaningful projects. The frequent shifts in vision and priorities every six months make it difficult for engineers to grow and build long-term impact.
