Indian leadership team is a joke; a biased, incapable bunch of fools.
I wish the US CXOs would understand and act, the sooner the better.
Otherwise, the India division will become a burden and a black mark for the coming years.
There is zero innovation, closed and biased favoritism in the leadership. They run the show as if it's their personal authority, with zero integrity, which has spoiled the environment forever.
Don't fall for incapable women in the name of diversity & inclusion.
