Opportunities for growth and advancement, growth and advancement supported by superiors, good goal-setting and review process, fun work environment (Techwood campus), good employee care (especially when long hours are required). Information sharing is good on a macro scale, opportunities for making changes to processes and customs.
Information sharing on a micro scale is not so good, mainly due to the fact that departments are siloed. This is being actively improved by many departments.
Continue to work to increase collaboration and departmental intercommunication.
