The future is uncertain. Culture is in transition, which could be good, even great, or not. We won't know until we know.
First of all, I think the senior management is very competent. The deal is that the entertainment/licensing world is going through major changes.
So my advice would be, 'Go ahead and gamble. The old culture of Turner has already been killed off, so now there is less to lose, but much to gain.'
