I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks.
After submitting my CV, I received an initial screening call with a member of the talent team. I felt at ease instantly with the recruiter, who was friendly, well-informed, and gave me details about the role while answering my questions concisely.
I had a further 4 x 1hr technical interviews with various members of staff at differing seniority levels. All the interviews were extremely well structured, with introductions from both sides initially before deep diving into relevant topics relating to core skills, experience, and the role. No stones were left unturned during the interviews, which I believe to be a great approach for assessing suitability, ultimately resulting in both sides being satisfied with the hiring decision.
The portal used during the process was great for monitoring progress and scheduling interviews. I felt well-informed, and communication was on point throughout.
