Phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a coding round with an engineer. Very basic Java code. After clearing those, I was called for a virtual onsite.
The recruiter, VP, and engineering manager constantly asked me how long I would take to accept the offer, which was kind of strange. I told them I was prepared for the interview and hadn't received an offer, so I would look at everything and respond to it.
It was very weird. Then, two days later, they said they had filled the position. Complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
I was really passionate about joining Wealthfront, but I guess I will never recommend it anymore.
