If you can't blindly commit yourself to this company and don't want to be accused of "disingenuous and inconsistent" when you decide not to take their offer, then don't even bother.
They will not only push you to accept the offer right at the end of the onsite interview, but also think your other valid concern is nonsense.
My original 5,000-word review was removed, so I probably can't express how insulted I was by this company.
BTW, every phone call is at lunchtime. Onsite started at 12 PM. No parking validation.
If you want to save money on lunch, at least have the decency to start at 1 PM to let your employee and candidate have a proper lunch by themselves.
