My series of interviews with Wealthfront were difficult, but everyone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating during the process. I was interviewing for a position on their front-end team.

The process started with a technical phone screen where we reviewed general basics of Javascript and CSS. This lasted about 45 minutes, with 15 minutes after for Q&A.

I was relocating for this job and Wealthfront was aware that I had another offer on the table. Since this situation was unique, they expedited my next interview, and the normal on-site interview was done remotely. While this made it a bit more difficult, they couldn't have been more accommodating.

This next series of interviews lasted around 4 hours. The first was building a live coding interview in Ruby and Javascript, and a bit of CSS. The second was a white-boarding interview with a panel of 3 engineers (doing this remotely was a bit challenging). The third was a "cultural" interview, but focused more about my working style and organization. The final interview was with their VP of Engineering, where we did another white boarding session.

After each interview, all of the engineers made themselves available for any questions about the company. I also appreciated that, even though I was applying for a front-end position, my interviewers were spread around the engineering organization. A few days after this final interview, I got my offer.
