I was contacted by a recruiter after meeting at a career fair, and then was scheduled for a phone interview. The recruiter/interviewer sent me an email five minutes after the scheduled time, stating he/she was too busy and couldn't interview me at the moment.
So I asked when we could reschedule, and I didn't get a reply back.
