Software Engineering Interview Experience - United States

Process

The hiring process for internships should involve two phone interviews and one onsite interview. However, do not trust this company with their onsite offers. I passed the phone interviews and was welcomed to the onsite interview. They asked for my availabilities, and I replied immediately. However, they did not respond to my availabilities for two weeks, even after two follow-up emails from me. At the end of the two weeks, they finally emailed me back stating that they had found better candidates during that period and would not be moving forward anymore. This kind of recruiting behavior is simply unacceptable.
