Applied online. Got an email from the recruiter. Had a phone screen which went really well, but they did not move to the next round. Apparently, from the other reviews, you will find they don't hire anyone without a referral or internal connection.

They give you a tedious take-home assignment. If you complete that, they have you talk with an Engineering Director. It's a very uncomfortable call. He tries to be personal but comes across as creepy. They want you to show that you're obsessed with
