I applied for the position at the end of January 2024. I received an invite to interview from a Wells Fargo recruiter at the beginning of April and promptly scheduled my interview. The interview was a panel interview with two Wells Fargo employees that went over behavioral and some "technical" questions.

I reached out to friends and connections who are currently engineer associates, and they told me to expect to wait 2-3 weeks for a response. I never got a response, nor did I even get a rejection. The recruiters were insanely unprofessional and flat-out ghosted me after interviewing. Wells Fargo needs to re-assess its recruiters and fire the ones that don't treat potential candidates with the respect they deserve.
