Cons: I worked at Wells Fargo India and observed there were constant issues between US and India team members, as well as with management. I felt the India team was treated as an offshore vendor instead of being part of the whole organization, and sometimes not given equal respect and responsibility. There was a sense of mistrust among the US and India team members. Senior management seemed to have been working with this model for some time and was pretty much accustomed to it, so there was no call for action or change.
