I got a call from the recruitment HR that my profile had been shortlisted for PeopleSoft HCM functional testing, although I had worked on Oracle Fusion HCM. In the interview, the interviewer was disappointed to know that my profile was not a perfect match. Yet, I was able to impress them with my answers. Still, they seemed less interested as my profile was not an exact 100% match. Although I could show them that I could learn the screen navigation easily, I never heard back from them.
