Recruitment HR's were very efficient. The process was very simple.
- Call from HR confirming details, etc.
- Technical Rounds
Though I went for the QA4 position, which is equivalent to Lead, after going through my skills, the panel gave feedback that I am more suitable for the QA5 position. They also asked if I was okay to join QA4.
This is very rare; managers/interview panels are actually looking for the best of a candidate's skills rather than just to fill a position.
Now I am waiting for the QA5 position to open.
