QA Lead UFT Interview Experience - Hyderābād, India

Process

The interview was a scheduled drive, starting at 9:30 am for the rest of the day. They provided us with the candidate form to be filled up and given to the SPOC. Later, they took us to the waiting room, and based on the technology and role, people were called in for the interview. It was supposed to be a whole-day event, and we were under the assumption that results would be declared the same day. However, most of the people I met were told to leave for the day and that HR would get back (a typical way of rejecting, huh!).

I unfortunately applied to a higher role, and the interview went mostly into process-related stuff rather than any technical questions.
