Release Manager Interview Experience - Hyderābād, India
Process
I had to put up with a kid's tantrum here. The interviewer arrived 15 minutes late on the Zoom meeting call.
Then the kid said they weren't comfortable on Zoom, so please switch to a WhatsApp call. Lacks the experience to conduct an interview. Her motive was to while away 45 minutes on the call.
Unrealistic expectation: to have an understanding about every DevOps tool.
Questions
The interviewer was looking for a complete IT department in a release manager. Questions asked were based on UNIX, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
