Senior Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
Interview happened in Feb 2020. I was told this was a scheduled interview on the weekend, but it looked like a walk-in interview as there were hundreds of candidates. It took around 3 hours for the first round to happen.
1st round: Written test. 2nd round: Technical on Automation. 3rd round: Java concepts. 4th round: Managerial Interview. Final: HR interview.
I have cleared all the rounds. The HR interview took only 2 minutes. They asked for my ECTC and said they would contact me later. I did not get the offer, probably because my ECTC is a bit more. They only look for candidates with low ECTC. Don't waste your time if your ECTC is high.
Questions
Basic questions on Selenium:
- How to take a screenshot.
- Read an Excel file.
- Multi-threading implementations in Java.
