Senior QA Tester - ADA and UI Interview Experience

Process

The interview consisted of three rounds.

The first round was technical. The interviewer asked in-depth questions about Web And Mobile Accessibility concepts and Screen Readers for various OS and browser combinations. They also asked in-depth about the WCAG Testing process.

The second round was managerial. This was a total let-down. The interviewer had no clue on whether this position was a contractual or a permanent position. They just asked some general managerial questions related to process. This is not expected from an organization like Wells Fargo. They should be more professional.

The third round was an HR Round. I spoke to the HR who asked me about my background, qualifications, and experience. The HR was friendly and spoke in a pleasant tone. It was more of an informal chat rather than an interview round.

The last I checked with the recruiter, I was informed that my candidature was on hold. I haven't heard from them since (it's been more than 3 weeks), and I don't think I will in the near future.

They should make the interview process more streamlined and professional and give feedback ASAP so as to not keep the candidate dangling in thin air.
