I registered myself on the company's website to get job opportunity alerts. One day, I received a call from Mancer Consulting Services (Recruiting Partner for Wells Fargo) to share my profile.

After sharing my profile, I got an email from Mancer to take an online test. If selected, I would have to take a face-to-face interview the following weekend.

I cleared the online test and received confirmation from Mancer, along with the interview details (location, date & time, POC).

On the day of the interview, I had two rounds. The first round was technical, and the second round was both technical and managerial.

I cleared both rounds and even had an HR round where the salary was discussed and other things were confirmed.

On the next working day, I received an email from Wells Fargo HR to share documents (like payslips, PAN, passport, etc.) for background verification.

Later, I received a call from the Wells Fargo HR to confirm the submission of documents.

It has been a long time since I received updates from them.

I have been sending follow-up emails every week, but there has been no reply from them until now. I am not sure whether I am selected or not.

Despite calling them (HR) again and again, I received a reply that they cannot finalize things and would need more time.

So, I believe that I may not receive the offer letter.
