Process
I interviewed at Wells Fargo, Bengaluru (Mahadevpura) through a consultancy based out of Hyderabad.
The interview (face-to-face) was scheduled for 3 PM on a weekday.
Two ladies conducted the interview. They were actually looking for a candidate with experience in VBA and MS Access, but they shortlisted my profile, even though I have never worked on those technologies.
They were not at all interested in my projects or work experience. It was a simple waste of my half-day leave.
