Senior Test Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
Very unprofessional.
HR doesn't even care to respond or let us know on the outcome of the interview. Sent 2-3 follow-ups before I stopped sending.
Letting us know if rejected or selected doesn't cost anything, but instead, they choose to sit silent and don't even care.
I have heard of ghosting stories, but here, HR itself has ghosted me to let me know of the interview outcome.
