Process

The first round was telephonic, and it was really good. The interviewer asked a lot of good questions. Then, after a week, I got an email to come in for a face-to-face interview. I went to their office, and this round lasted for 10 minutes. The interviewer asked about my project experience and a few technical questions.

Then, after one week, I got a call again from one of the managers, saying this would be the last round. The funniest part is that this guy would mention a time slot but never ever call. Even if you call him back, he never picks up the phone.

After 2 days, I again got a message from this fellow saying he would call me today, and the drama happened again. Finally, I received a call after 1 week with the same drama.

This person is the most useless person sitting in that chair; he doesn't know about others' lives and doesn't give a damn about them. They also don't have new stack projects in their hand; they are just doing legacy work.

So, guys, here, just don't fall for the brand. Even the pay is very less than market standards.

Hey, you manager, if you are reading this, next time onwards, give respect to others' time.
