Pros: Good benefits, including multiple weeks of PTO upfront.
Cons: No job security. They will randomly lay off people and post new positions for similar work instead of moving internal personnel.
Too many layers of management and constant management changes. I worked for 18 years and had 14 different managers.
Siloed job roles limit exposure to different work and job experience.
