Worst interview experience with Wells Fargo.

There were 3 rounds of interview: Technical, Manager, and HR.

The interview process took too long, and there was no proper response from HR.

I had completed my Technical and Manager interviews and discussed the package. After that, the manager told me they would get back to me once the position was created. I don't know why they would schedule an interview if there was no position.

After 2 weeks, they called me and said that the position was closed and they had another position. For that, I needed to attend one more round. That was done, and the hiring manager was looking for a different skillset. I don't know why he referred my profile for that position.

Finally, after 2 months, HR said, "After careful consideration, we aren’t moving forward with your profile further."

Please don't waste time if you don't have open positions.
