Process
The Zoom link did not work, so the interview was late and subsequently cut down by 10 minutes.
It was a group Zoom meeting with approximately 20 interviewers and 10 interviewees. Each interviewee was then placed with two interviewers for a breakout room interview.
Then, a 15-minute interview followed where they asked the basic "Describe a time where..." questions.
