Pros: Lots of opportunities if you know the right people.
Cons: Once upon a time, everyone was a team member. We've since become regular employees.
The real issue is that they've spent a lot of time bringing in Sr. Execs from outside. But all the management that created a lot of the problems are still in place, and nothing is going to change.
Everything comes from the top down, whether right or not. Any claim to want open communications is simply not true.
