Direct F2F interview. I am from a Java, J2EE background, so I can share my thoughts on the technology front for this interview. Actually, I got an opportunity to face their interview multiple times recently. I decided not to attempt their interview moving forward. Actually, it seems their technical expert is really down on the technology front and really doesn't know what to ask or what is wrong/right.
Questions
The major question was revolving around the release version/sub-version of the software/tools/languages. I guess their intention is to validate whether the candidate really worked on these, but according to me, it is a really worst manner to identify a candidate.
