Could manage teams fairly and not favor people you know or are recommended by others.
Manage performance feedback better, with specific examples given.
HR needs a complete revamp. People there have no clue of what is happening. Every time I asked questions, I got different answers. They were not even aware of where the policies or processes were, or who my HRBP was.
