Negative work environment. They don't have much clarity on the work to be done. Mostly projects are driven by US teams, and low-end work comes to the India team. They still follow a bell curve for appraisal.
Act wisely and understand the loopholes; otherwise, you will keep losing good people.
The technical interviewer had a condescending tone and attitude, and he was interested in showing his superiority. It was a very poor experience, as candidates should be treated humanely and with respect. The company has a good work culture, though.
