Large company selfishness. From upper management, policies or "promises" can be taken away or changed in the pursuit of profit.
Mostly the questions were on sorting algorithms and searching algorithms (easy level). They also asked about OS and SQL. I was also asked questions related to my future plans. Overall, the interview level was easy.
The technical interviewer had a condescending tone and attitude, and he was interested in showing his superiority. It was a very poor experience, as candidates should be treated humanely and with respect. The company has a good work culture, though.
