Management is good to you if you know Malayalam or Kannada.
Too much politics at work, mainly by Kerala/Kannada managers. WFIS has removed so many employees by keeping them in PIP, employees who were working for the company for more than 4 years.
Please stop bullying, harassing, and racism.
