Although Wells Fargo is notoriously known for lawsuits and sketchy business practices, Wells Fargo does a lot of good.
They are always helping build better communities and are very supportive of their employees.
I’ve been with the company for 10 years and the amount of trainings and development they provide is outstanding.
They have great benefits and are consistently trying to evolve.
DE&I is also a strong suit for WF. They make and provide ample opportunities for everyone to feel included and their voice to be heard.

It was an easy interviewing process; there were no tricky questions. I ran out of time in the end, and I thought there was more time than given. No technical questions, aside from a skillset inquiry.
