It was a good company 2 years back.
As someone with a disability, I was shocked by the manager's inability to provide reasonable accommodations. It's unacceptable that a company of this size and reputation wouldn't prioritize inclusivity and accessibility.
The manager's rating system was also opaque and biased. I never received clear expectations or constructive feedback. It was like being in the dark, with no guidance or support.
Have proper HR, not useless ones.
