I have been working for the last 8 years. I observed the following things:
- Unskilled and unprofessional managers and senior managers.
- Offshore does not have any professional ethics, sometimes thinking like a fish market.
- Managers are always looking for promotion, so they push fast deadlines for the people below them.
- Namesake agile methodology.
- Leaves will be credited based on the year of service.
- No direct HR contact to speak with.
If you do not fix the management, it will be a problem in the future.
