ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE FOR BAU WORK.
Too much importance to extracurricular activities like hackathons, writing white papers, so-called automations (ok if they're useless).
Leadership is full of a "chindi" gang from G0ldman Sachs.
They are hiring only Sr. and Lead Engineers. Soon, all teams shall be full of only Lead Engineers, which may eventually damage the ecosystem and result in high budgets.
Stop too much focus on useless automations. Focus on real-valued automations.
