Pros

I worked at Wells Fargo for a little over a year, and it was a great team and a good manager.

Cons

I'm still confused as to the way they terminated my contract. I casually shared with the team that I had not slept in two days after I had just completed a change in production. It had been a busy week, and I was able to complete every task given to me.

Anyway, half an hour after I shared this with my team, my vendor called me, telling me that because I had sleeping issues, my manager didn't think I could do my job and terminated my contract.

I never heard of anyone getting fired because they didn't sleep. So, lesson learned: Don't share any personal things with your team wherever you might be working. They will use it against you eventually.
