Advice to Management

Middle management, who have day-to-day contact with the workforce, are the lifeblood of the company. Senior management acts like they care about the workforce, but they are out of touch. Wells Fargo faced multiple regulatory fines, which have now been remediated. The workforce was the driving factor in completing the remediation plan. Senior management is now growing the business again but has forgotten what got them to this point.
