Decent pay in technology. All I can say is positive.
Highly bureaucratized, lots of manual processes, outdated operational data design, and dysfunctional tech teams. Tech people spend far too much time on regulatory admin functions. Not for someone who wants to focus on technology.
You must modernize your tech stack.
