Office cab, flexible office timings, work from home.
Long working hours, less option to change project/technology.
Management should have skip-level meetings with team members monthly.
The hiring process was quite lengthy, as everything moved slowly. I had 3 rounds of technical interviews, and after clearing them, I had to wait about a month for the offer letter. There were no other rounds, like HR or something similar, by the way.
First day it was a technical round, and later, after my shortlisting, the next day followed by a manager round. My technical round was purely based on real-time job challenges-based questions.
Initially, I had a phone conversation with the lead. Later, I had a one-on-one interview. The interview was easy, with a few logical questions, puzzles, one programming question, and a few SQL queries.
