Good benefits, good amount of paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, 401K matched at 6%, insurance, etc.
Too much red tape. It's hard to advance once you are at a mid-level position. You have to "know" someone to advance in your career.
The QA position is ridiculous. They don't let you choose your own hours and micro-manage as if you were on the phones. You can't make up time. No flexibility whatsoever!
Working hours should be more flexible and let you make up time without having to use your PTO. The QA Department should not be managed the same way as a call center.

The hiring process varies from team to team, but mostly there would be two technical rounds and one manager round, followed by an HR round to discuss your pay.
