Worst, worst, worst!!
Managers... Wow!! So biased! Plays good politics!!
Compensation, which was so good 3 years back, is almost worst now! Promotions and hikes have all gone for a toss!
Strict timings. No work, but you need to adhere to strict 9 hours in the office! Dirty politics is what Wells Fargo will be known for in the near future!!
I don't say bad about the company, basically. But please hire some good managers who are actually technical, not only people managers.
