Great benefits, but they don't really care about their employees

Pros

Benefits are great.

Time off, maternity leave, etc.

Cons

They hardly ever give a good pay raise. They'll raise minimum wage and not change their other employees' pay. They don't compensate for cost of living or inflation, and their annual raises usually provide under a 50-cent pay raise.
