Pros

I met some of the best people who have strong ethics and are hard-working. They have become lifelong friends.

Cons

They slowly started taking benefits away from employees. Management was allowed to say and do what they wanted, and employees were left with no support from HR. They didn't have an HR representative in the building, so it was tough for them to see what was really going on in person. Discrimination from management occurred and was raised to HR; however, no action was taken. A manager made her team complete a test on financial products, but you were not allowed to study during work hours. This test was not a prerequisite for the position, and the topic of the test was not required in order to complete the job. There was no consistency in management or performance reviews.

Advice to Management

If managers have direct reports, they must be required to go through intense management training. HR should be onsite and hands-on.
