Discrimination from management occurred and was raised to HR; however, no action was taken. A manager made her team complete a test on financial products, but you were not allowed to study during work hours. This test was not a prerequisite for the position, and the topic of the test was not required in order to complete the job. There was no consistency in management or performance reviews.
