Pros

Flexible schedule, relaxed workload, and a reasonably low-pressure environment, as long as you have average communication skills.

Cons

There is a balance between using new technology and understanding the commitment it's going to take to utilize it.

Everyone wants a shiny new toy, but it takes a huge team to move the needle at a place as large as Wells.

Advice to Management

Talent retention is going to be hard with the lower than competitive salaries. However, if you identify winners and keep them early, they will be less likely to start looking elsewhere and might help slow the retention problem.
