It was great at first, then got progressively worse
Enjoyed the work. Good building, good café. Made many friends.
Micromanagement, low pay, lack of decent raises. Poor appreciation for employees. Constant layoffs, sometimes en masse. Due to lack of staff, mandatory overtime often required, up to 20 hours per week. Employees must find a balance of production versus quality, because having too low in either, despite high in the other, results in discipline.
