Very good work-life balance.
Not really anything as such.
The interviewer was very frank. They started with some basic questions and made sure I was comfortable, then slowly proceeded with the interview. Questions started getting more difficult, and they asked a puzzle question at the end.
The interview went well, but I wasn't selected. I'm still wondering why. I had answered almost all the questions nicely. There was one coding question which I had to actually code, and others were viva-type questions.
It was easy. I described myself for 5 minutes. I described my project for 10 minutes, and some cross-questions were asked. I solved one data structure and algorithm question, then I solved a system design question. After that, I asked my interviewer
