Good culture.
Great work-life balance.
Employee friendly.
Good pay.
Lazy people/management.
Not too much to learn in technology.
Work less, show more theory.
We should start thinking about retaining people.
I had an interview today at Wells Fargo. * The interviewer was totally characterless. * He was extremely rude; he didn't know how to talk. * There was no professionalism. * He himself didn't have any basic knowledge of testing and databases. Thank
It was an easy interview. The entire interview process took some 45 days until they made an offer. There were some 4 rounds of interviews; two of those were technical in nature.
Normal telephonic call, mostly with one or two technical rounds followed by an HR round. The difficulty level is mostly average. A full-stack developer is preferred, but if someone is strong on one side, that is also preferred.
